The Committee on Roads and Transportation moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2363 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §17E-1-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to commercial driver’s licenses; and requiring that state, county, city, and other local government employees with commercial driver’s licenses have valid and current medical evaluation certification statuses and, if applicable, medical waivers.”
